Important Notice: Our products are Print-On-Demand (POD). We do NOT accept returns or exchanges due to "change of mind" or "incorrect size selection".
1. Manufacturing Defects Only
Returns or replacements are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Printing error
- Damaged item upon delivery
2. Reporting Period
You must report any issue within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photo of the defect
- Photo of the packaging (if applicable)
Requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the store covers the return shipping cost.
4. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason, the store reserves the right to restrict future orders.
5. Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size according to the Size Chart provided on the website.
